Shipping policy

Handling time of books in house are 1-3 business days. Please know the shipping times after the items leave our facility is based on the postal service shipping times. Items that are pre ordered have various handling times depending on the release date of the item. Sometimes the distributor can change release dates so please keep that in mind when placing a pre order as this is beyond our control.

Orders will begin to ship when the last item in your order has arrived at our facility. If you have pre order items in your order, the order will not ship until the last item has arrived at our facility. We are not responsible for a publisher changing the release date of something you pre ordered that delays the shipping of your items.

Please order items separately if you want to have the items shipped as they arrive to our facility, or email us in regards to shipping requests. In the event you decide for us to ship the in-stock item you have that are waiting for more items to complete the order, please contact us at info@grayskullhobbies.com and we will send you an invoice for the extra shipping cost.

All comics will be bagged and boarded. Comics will be shipped in a Gemini mailer. Graded comics ship boxed in bubble wrap. Bulk orders of any kind will ship in a box.
