Refund policy

Returns Damages and issues:

Please contact info@grayskullhobbies.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment if you received your order damaged. Printer burns, color rub or loss of ink are not considered damaged. Books that will grade out at 9.4 are not considered damaged. Your return will not be accepted if you fail to inform us about the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

Cancellations of orders after the Final Order Cutoff date will not be allowed. Cancellations of preorders for exclusive variant covers will not be allowed. Cancellation of any orders may result in the suspension of future purchases.

Please contact info@grayskullhobbies.com prior to attempting to making any cancellations to verify if your request for a cancellation meets the Final Cutoff Date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be refunded or returned, like graded books, final cutoff orders after the cutoff date passes or any type of pre sales. Buyers remorse on any item will not be accepted for return as well. Any abuse against these rules may result in the suspension of future purchases.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
